Full Spectrum Software is seeking to grow its top tier engineering team. Qualified applicants will be top performers in their current environment.
As a project leader, most of your time should be spent as a hands-on software engineer. Communication skills are extremely important as a portion of your time will be spent communicating directly with clients, authoring formal project documentation, authoring and maintaining project plans and estimates and managing a team of engineers. This is a full time position at our facility in Southborough, MA. Due to our work with physical devices, this is not a telecommuting position. Occasional travel to meet with clients and perform software integration is required.
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate proficiency with Visual Studio and C# during the practical portion of the interview.

Microsoft Certified Engineer status for desktop or web based development. Technical background should include C++, C# and .NET and related MS technologies. QT technologies on any platform
a plus. Ability to follow software development process, communicate well and work closely with
managers and QA team to ensure quality.
Must have experience with a wide variety of automated test tools, extensive QA documentation skills and very strong science background. Oral and written communication skills are particularly important due to client communication and ISO/FDA compliance demands.
